OpenClaw integrates with third-party services including AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service.
We are not responsible for:
- The availability or reliability of third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs or terms of service
- Fees charged by third-party services
- Content generated by AI providers
7. AI-Generated Content
OpenClaw facilitates access to AI language models. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
- AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it
- AI responses do not represent our views or opinions
8. Messaging Platform Compliance
When connecting OpenClaw to messaging platforms, you agree to:
- Only connect accounts you own or have authorization to use
- Not use OpenClaw to send automated messages that violate platform policies
- Accept responsibility for any consequences of automated messaging
- Understand that platforms may restrict or ban accounts for automated usage
